Here's a
recipe for a delicious homemade ramen soup that you can customize with your
favorite toppings and seasonings to make it the ramen soup of your dreams:
Ingredients:

4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
·
2 cups of water
·
2 garlic cloves, minced
·
2 tablespoons of grated ginger
·
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
·
1 tablespoon of miso paste
·
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
·
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
·
1 package of ramen noodles
·
2 soft-boiled eggs, sliced in half
·
2 cups of shredded cooked chicken or meat (optional)
·
1 cup of sliced mushrooms (optional)
·
1 cup of baby bok choy, chopped (optional)
·
1/4 cup of sliced scallions (optional)
·
Sriracha sauce (optional)
·
Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions:

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium
heat. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the chicken or vegetable broth, water, soy sauce,
miso paste, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 10-15
minutes.

In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to
package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Add the shredded chicken or pork, sliced mushrooms,
