The Secret to Melt-in-Your-Mouth Meatballs - Balls of Fire

Here is the Ultimate (my thoughts) recipe of the world.

The Secret to Melt-in-Your-Mouth Meatballs


Ingredients:

·         1 pound of ground beef

·         1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

·         1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

·         1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

·         1 egg

·         2 cloves of garlic, minced

Preparing The Secret to Melt-in-Your-Mouth Meatballs

·         1 teaspoon of salt

·         1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

·         1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

·         1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika

·         2 tablespoons of olive oil

·         Marinara sauce, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

·         Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

·         In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix everything together with your hands until well combined.

·         Using your hands, form the mixture into 12 meatballs, each about the size of a golf ball.

·         Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

·         Transfer the meatballs to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

·         Serve the meatballs with marinara sauce, if desired.
